Who we are
FlowMint is monthly money management from Impluse Idea. It is not a wallet, bank, or payment app. No bank login. No ads. Contact: info@impluseidea.com
What we store
When you create an account we store your email or mobile number, a hashed password (not the password itself), optional recovery email, country/currency, and whether the account is personal or business.
Your budget (salary, bills, daily spend, savings, goals, settings) is stored as your data in our cloud (Cloudflare D1) so you can open the same account on another phone. Shared bills with friends are stored so each person can see who owes whom.
We store last sign-in time and last IP for the admin account at info@impluseidea.com only, to see who is using the app. We do not show your salary amount in admin.
What we do not collect
We do not connect to your bank. We do not read your SMS or contacts. We do not run ads or sell your data. Receipt photos are read on your device/session to pick amounts; we do not keep a photo library of your bills.
Cookies and login
A login token stays on your phone so you stay signed in. You can log out in Settings. Cloud save uses that token.
Friends / splits
If you split a bill, we store names and the email or mobile you typed so they can join that group. Invite links let them create their own login. They pay you in cash or their own transfer — not inside FlowMint.
Your choices
Export JSON in Settings. Clear this account in Settings (this removes your budget on this login). Email info@impluseidea.com to ask us to delete an account.
Children
FlowMint is for people who manage a salary or business. It is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
